Security Company or DIY Home protection Cameras

Well one thing is obvious from this blog is I am bias to DIY home protection cameras. The mere reason is you can secure your home with diy home protection cameras, protect your valuables, and most importantly protect your family. Yes professional security companies can do this as well but you will pay for what you can do yourself. Lets say you pay for a professional company to come in and install motion detectors and intruder barriers. Most of the time you pay an installation fee, or down payment. Plus you also pay a monthly fee for in home monitoring, as long as the system is armed.

Oh yea the other thing is the majority of the professional security companies run a credit check. Well if your credit is crappy or if it is ok you will be paying more of a down payment/deposit fee. When you install your own home protection cameras and home security system that is all you pay. The good news about the majority of the DIY home protection cameras and home security systems is they are fairly cheap compared to over priced so called professional systems.

The other thing about big companies like ADT they just monitor your alarm system. When you have install some of the better home security systems you not only can monitor your alarm system, but also check your house from your office. There are alot of home security systems and diy home protection cameras that let you log in and view real time. So you know exactly who is in your house, when to call the cops, and who or how many is in your house.

With professional security companies they can only tell you that your house has an intruder. So with my biased opinion why pay a monthly fee for someone to tell you as little information as they are limited to, when you can diy home protection cameras and home security systems and know exactly when where and who.

The systems I am refering to I have already done a post on. HomeSafe® Wireless Home Security System for only $119.00.

HOW IT WORKS

1. When the door/window sensor or motion detector is triggered, it sounds an alarm and sends a signal to the base unit.

2. The base unit dials the first telephone number of your programmed list.

3. The person answering the call will hear a prerecorded alert message.

4. That person will have the option to listen in on the room, broadcast their voice through the base unit, or disarm the system.

5. If there is no answer, or if the person doesn’t disarm the system, it will dial the next number on your programmed list. Includes 1 base unit with AC adaptor, 1 window/door sensor (wireless transmission up to 250 feet), 1 motion detector (range 8 yards) and 1 remote control with panic feature for arming and disarming the unit. .

With this system installed, and wireless cameras, you can hear and see what is going on in your home.
